Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you keep your pup’s bed fresh, comfy, and looking like new:
Step 1: Remove the Cover
All our Baylee Nasco beds come with removable, washable covers. Start by unzipping and removing the cover from the insert. This makes everything so much easier—and yes, we planned it that way.
Step 2: Shake Off the Dirt
Before you toss anything in the wash, give the cover a good shake outside to get rid of loose hair, dirt, or crumbs (because let’s face it, dogs love snacks in bed too). If needed, use a lint roller or vacuum for stubborn fur.
Step 3: Toss the Cover in the Wash
Machine wash the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle. We recommend using a mild, pet-safe detergent. No bleach or harsh chemicals, please—your pup’s skin (and our fabric) will thank you.
Step 4: Dry It Right
Tumble dry on low or hang to air dry. Our fabrics are durable but keeping it, low and gentle helps preserve that fresh-from-the-factory look and feel.
